Mathias Nehm

webdisplaymathiasWEBMathias Nehm is the founder and managing director of indecon consulting. He graduated in economics, specialising in the deregulation of utilities and the associated institutional reforms. Before founding indecon consulting he worked for the German Treuhandanstalt (THA), and on consultancy assignments covering the liberalisation of energy markets, insolvency procedures and business development in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
He has in-depth international experience in privatisation, including the set-up of privatisation frameworks, privatisation transactions and the development of regulatory frameworks. As a practitioner and consultant specialised in public sector modernisation and private sector development he has been involved in management roles and consultancy assignments.

Dr. Achim Schramm

AS webdisplayindeconDr. Achim Schramm, holds a PhD degree in Law on "Russian Capital Market Law" (University of Bremen, Germany) and is specialised in "Corporate Law in Transition Countries". He has more than 15 years of experience in providing advisory services on legal reform to public authorities in Eastern European and Central Asian countries. In 2011, Dr. Schramm joined indecon as principle associate. In addition Dr. Schramm is Managing Director of the newly established Ostinstitut (East Institute) at the University of Applied Science in Wismar. During his academic career Dr. Schramm has been part of a research team on corporate law in the former CIS countries at the University of Bremen and lectused as an assistant professor at the University of Dresden on Corporate Law with particular focus on Mergers & Acquisitions. Dr. Schramm has an impressive track record of advisory assignments as Legal Expert in former CIS countries, among other in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Russia, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. An experienced legal drafter, he has conducted various short term assignments in the above mentioned countries. These comprised assessments and commenting on and proposing amendments to the countries, respective legal frameworks, primarily commercial and Civil Law including Corporate Governance legislation.

Johan Wallgren

Johan Wallgren graduated in business administration at the Stockholm School of Economics, specialising on financial management and international business.

He has a track record of 20+ years in the turnaround of business-to-business companies. His focus has been on technically oriented internationally operating industries undergoing a process of change, triggered among other by strategy shift and mergers. Having held VP HR and Finance Director positions, he accumulated specific experience in change related projects as well as finance & HR processes.

The underlying foundation for his far-reaching expertise stems from senior management roles at the German privatization agency Treuhandanstalt (THA), ABB (electrical equipment), Bombardier Transportation (rail systems) and Deutsche Bahn as well as in mediums sized – private equity owned - companies such as Sanitec (today: Geberit; sanitary equipment) and Klöckner Pentaplast (plastic films).

Johan Wallgren joined indecon in 2011 as senior advisor.

Talis Linkaits

Talis Linkaits holds a degree in economics, studied law and has outstanding experience in public administration and public policy development.

He served as Latvian Minister of Transport from 2019 to 2022 and previously held several senior positions in the Latvian aviation industry. He was also advisor to the Latvian Prime Minister and head of department in the Latvian Privatisation Agency. His particular strength is in setting up, organising and restructuring government institutions in transition countries, as well as deregulating and liberalising the transport sector in line with EU legislation.

Mr Linkaits is well-versed in drafting laws and subordinate legislation (procedures, methods, regulations) as well as in formulating policies and supporting their implementation through follow-up and monitoring. He has extensive advisory experience in transition countries, in particular Latvia, Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo and Moldova. He has also worked in multinational teams and for a variety of donors, which gives him a familiarity with the different rules and procedures.

Arthur-Iren Martini

Arthur webdisplaymartiniArthur-Iren Martini, graduated in law, now looking back at 30 years of management experience, among other in the fields of privatisation and restructuring in the transport sector. As Managing Director of the German Deutsche Eisenbain Gesellschaft Verkehrs GmbH between 1997 and 2000, he was responsible for investment financing and large M&A transactions, mainly of public transport operators. Following this experience, Mr. Martini was appointed Secretary General of the German Association of Private Rail Freight Operators between 2005 and 2010 where he further developed his expertise in fair competition on rail tracks. His legal background and professional experience qualifies him for delivering strategic input in structuring national railway systems in accordance to EU regulations on both nauional and European level. Prior to his engagement in the rail sector, Mr Martini held several management positions in various industrial sectors and countries. At the International Water Division of Lyonnaise des Eaux S.A. he was responsible for business development and marketing activities, managing several major M&A transactions in the German water and wastewater sector between 1994 and 1997. In the late 1980s Mr. Martini was CEO of a Turkish-German joint venture in Istanbul.

Aleksandar Ćorsović

Alke webdisplayacoindeconAleksandar Ćorsović holds a B.A. in Service Management from the American College of Management and Technology in Dubrovnik and has finished his MBA studies at the University of Montenegro. Since joining indecon in 2006 Aleksandar has been keeping close contact to our corporate and governmental clients in Montenegro giving him vast in-sight into central and local governmental structures. In the context of indecon's assignments in Montenegro Aleksandar is providing back-up services to the various project teams by supporting them in the area of corporate restructuring and institution building. Before joining indecon Aleksandar worked for the Montenegrin branch of an international service provider to airlines.
