Indecon is looking for an Expert in Independence of Judges for a World Bank project in Kazakhstan in the field of judicial system improvement with the following profile:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Law degree, academic degree
• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience in the judicial system and conducting of academic research in the area of independence of judges
• Knowledge of Russian is mandatory
• Knowledge of English is preferable

 

The project would start in May 2018 and run for 8 months. Approximately 3 man months are envisioned for this position.
