Study tour including classroom training to discuss and review the draft Law on “State Property Management” among its authors and the representatives of the Oliy Majlis (Parliament) and to learn about the German experience by meeting with German government officials and members of the Budget Committee from the Bundestag involved in the implementation of the topics addressed in the draft Law, i.e. State Owned Enterprises with emphasis on its relation to the central budget, and the concept of administrative vertical and horizontal decentralisation.
