The European School of Management and Technology [ESMT Berlin] and the Scientific Educational Center of Corporate Governance in Uzbekistan concluded an agreement in 2015 for ESMT to provide executive education for Uzbek managers in the area of corporate governance. Based on this agreement ESMT subcontracted indecon consulting to provide specific classroom training regarding basic principles and international standards of corporate governance, the respective legal framework, and later-on on implementation aspects of the Uzbek Corporate Governance Code, adopted in February 2016.

In the context of the program over 100 CEOs, board members, top executives and civil servants attended the classroom training modules.
